Accessibility Statement

Here you will find all information on the accessibility of the FunnelCAD website, based on the requirements of the BFSG (Accessibility Strengthening Act – Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz).

Applicability​

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website https://funnelcad.com operated by Dmitry Dugarev.

It is based on the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz - BFSG) and the harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1.

It covers all pages of the website in all language versions (English, German and Russian):

The FunnelCAD web app at app.funnelcad.com – the editor in which you draw and calculate your funnels – is not covered by this statement.

Compliance Status​

The basis of our accessibility measures are the internationally valid Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) at conformance levels A and AA. We regularly review our website to best meet the requirements defined in these guidelines.

Based on current knowledge and an internal self-assessment, our website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 at levels A and AA. The website has not been audited by an independent body.

The interactive examples on the homepage are standard HTML controls: you can operate the “Roll another year” button and the sliders in the “Answers” section with the keyboard, and their results are output as text for screen readers. The animations on the homepage are switched off when your system is set to reduce motion.

Content That Is Not Yet Fully Accessible​

The following content is not yet fully accessible. We are working on corresponding improvements.

  • Explainer video on the homepage: The video has not been published yet. In its place, the homepage shows a still image with the note “Coming soon”. We will publish the video with captions. The still image shows an example funnel with figures and a chart; its text alternative only gives the title of the video. The main figures of this example funnel are also given as text in the “The problem” section of the homepage. The labels in the still image are in English in all language versions.
  • Contrast of small gray labels: Some small gray labels have a contrast ratio of about 4:1 against their background. WCAG requires at least 4.5:1 for such text (success criterion 1.4.3). This affects, for example, the small labels above the examples in the “Answers” section of the homepage and the minimum and maximum values under its sliders, the column headings in the footer, and, in the documentation and on the legal pages, the numbers in front of the headings and the labels “Previous” and “Next” at the end of the page.

This authority monitors compliance with the legal requirements for the accessibility of products and services under the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). On its website, you can report barriers or submit a request pursuant to § 32 para. 1 BFSG.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement​

This statement was prepared on September 24, 2026. We have oriented ourselves towards the requirements of the BFSG and the WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA. The review was carried out as a self-assessment: we checked the source code of the website – page structure, labels of controls, text alternatives, keyboard operation and the contrast of the colors used. The website has not been checked by an independent body, and it has not been tested with users with disabilities.

We will check the accessibility of the website again whenever we change it significantly, at the latest when we publish the explainer video or the app, and update this statement accordingly.
